Traffic Regenerator -- an Offensive Marketing Tool

There's a new marketing tool coming on to the market which totally offends me: Traffic Regenerator. Just like porn sites have been doing for many years, it throws a pop up window and another distraction if you dare make a move to leave a page before buying the product being marketed. I say if your marketing is so weak it needs a tool like Traffic Regenerator to pump up it's sales, you should rethink your product.

Seems to me that on MY page, I have the right to operate it the way *I* see fit. If I want to use TRG to increase sales, to increase my quality of life, to increase to quality of life for my family, then I'm not going to be too worried if you're a little offended that you have to go through AN EXTRA CLICK to get out.

If I told you that your pink shirt makes you look wimpy and the fact that you button it up makes you look even wimpier, would you change yourself for me? Thought not.

I think there are "right" ways and "wrong" ways to use it. If you use it with a good creative and you make people an appropriate and appealing offer, you're not offensive, you're adding value.

Bottom line is, it works. People wouldn't opt-in if they hated you. So we can bitch and moan about it all we like, but if it's making money from visitors you'll never see again, it's making money you'd never have had.

Your video is nonsense. I use trg and it is working great for me! How can you make a video about criticizing something you have not tried yourself? lol. does not matter to me really, my $0.02
