Even if you're not a baseball film, you need to watch this film. It's phenomenal. You'll finish the movie having a great respect for the Oakland A's organization. I certainly did.

I loved this movie. As a Cleveland fan, I know exactly how this feels; we get good, but not good enough to make a run, and we trade away all our talent because we know we won't be able to afford to resign them. We've practically become a farm system for Boston, New York, and Philly. Remember Cliff Lee? CC Sabathia? Brandon Phillips? Victor Martinez? Yup, we developed all of those guys. If only baseball wasn't such a financial game.
