@jumpman233345 After doing the Hyakkishu, (Demon Flip), Gouken can "parry" some normal attack and specials by pressing LP+LK while in the air.

@boru25 easy way to get him in SF4 after uve beat the arcade with akuma
play again with any character and put the rounds to 1 and easiest
get 5 first attacks, 3 ultras, and 2 perfect rounds before ur rival, then after u beat seth u face gouken
