You don't need to buy anything. you have everything for free. i had a liver transplant 7 months and have recovered very, very well. I just used good old fashioned tap water (you are NOt allowed to drink any kind of bottled water due to the high risk of bacteria, you risk becoming ill and therefore rejecting the liver. Get lots of fresh air even if you just sit in your back garden and read lots of books of people that have achieved amazing things with their life. you'll be amazed when you look
