MARDY GRA - Avert One's Eyes

MARDY GRA is a hardcore/thrashmetal band from Austria. The group consists of frontman Tom, guitarist Dan, bassist Max and drummer Matin. Formed in 2009, MARDY GRA has played many shows on festivals and in locations with many well-known bands like Mono&Nikitaman, 3 Feet Smaller, Exilia, Alkbottle, Die Vammummtn, Kontrust etc.

One year after their formation, MARDY GRA won the prestigious band contest "BandBoost", in the year 2010. Due to their brute and excellent live performances, MARDY GRA was honored as preliminary-round winner, crowd-favorite, jury-winner and finally overall-winner! They adopted each category as their own.

MARDY GRA performs a fusion between hardcore and thrashmetal with straight and aggressive grooves. The vocals of Tom fluctuate frequently between growls and also short rap parts!
