Mac OS X Lion came with a great little feature called AirDrop that is basically a WiFi Hoc that allows you to exchange files between Macs (this can be achieve on Windows PCs too, but little bit complicated). AirDrop requires all users in same wifi network (you don't have to have internet connection). However, AirDrop limited in new Mac models (such as late 2008 Macbook and Macbook Pros and 2010 Macbook Airs and 2010 Mac Minis). Is there anyway to enable this feature on older Macs? Certainly there is,
NOTICE:
To do this you need use Terminal, Keep in mind that anything you do on terminal could mess up your system, so proceed with caution.
Launch terminal (you can do that by using spotlight and type terminal OR you can find it under /Application/Utilities) and type:
defaults write com.apple.NetworkBrowser BrowseAllInterfaces 1
After that you need to relaunch finder. You can either force quit the Finder and relaunch Finder or type the following:
killall Finder && open /System/Library/CoreServices/Finder.app
I successful enabled AirDrop on my old early 2008 Macbook.

@zikalify I think it might be that someone might opened Safari in full screen before and quit Safari as it in full screen. Then when you relaunch the Safari, it stay as full screen. Now, i don't think you can set Chrome automatically open in full screen, but you can use Control + Command + F shortcut to send Chrome into full screen mode. Hopefully, this would help.
