WARNING from 8/8/10: Before falling for this: If you dare click "END PROCESS" on a SANDISK or other programs, you will lose your data & it may make your computer crappy. Look in "8/8/10 note" from June 14 2010 update to see more info about this!
Hi everyone, I'll be showing you how to remove your flash drives safely from your computer even if your computer refuse to! But read the description first b/c they have some updates in it that's different!
June 14th 2010 update: For Sandisk Cruzers users only: If you see a yellow icon that has a letter U3 below right, close the programs what you've been using on this flash drive. Then Right click the U3 icon, and click SAFELY EJECT U3 SMART DRIVE. It should be able to work. If it doesn't work, then go to TASK MANAGER and go to PROCESSES TAB and end the things that's in your flash drive (note: They my be in random order, and it may be easier to end the ones that has your USER NAME that's in your flash drive or idk)
(End the programs that was in your flash drive before ending the launchpad.exe i guess)
(8/8/10 note: It may lose your data and I'm very sorry about it! Don't click the END PROCESS button every single day or your computer will be really crappy. Just restart your computer and then quickly click the safely remove hardware button when you log back in!)
Then after that you should be able to remove it safely.
-For SANDISK CRUZER, you don't need to download anything I guess.
-If you have FAT or FAT32 flash drives and something like that, then it's important to download UNLOCKER version 1.8.9. (NOTE: I don't think it contains viruses)

Hope this helps :) But I'm not really sure if it may work b/c I uninstalled Unlocker from a month ago.
Any questions or concerns? Tell me what's wrong and I'll try my best to help you on this. But I'm not a geek at this... lol
So yeah, HAVE A NICE DAY!
great explanation this was really bugging me.... thx again!
