did you just change the lupron or your stim meds too?

im doing my first ivf cycle and im not over weight at all but my doc told me to take 20 units of lupron !!! do you think that im in trouble??

Yes - it'd be good to tell him in the end just so he knows what the difference was.
Good luck for ER. Fingers crossed for 10-12 eggs and good fertilisation.

Well, that all depends! If I get pregnant, I will probably tell him. And, it's possible I'll tell him even if I don't if this turns out to be a good cycle overall even without a pregnancy.
I just think he needs to know that he's doing a disservice to his patients with higher BMIs. I mean, what's the poor woman with the BMI of 28 that gets 20 units going to do when he tells her she has premature ovarian failure or something?
I think I *have* to tell him at some point.
