@schnurren I wasn't their pizza sucks because of the spray. I said it sucks because they use a dough press. No pizza from a press is good. Its used for quantity not quality.

Alright, let me educate you:
(1) It is not an aerosol can. Aerosol cans use chemical propellants. Chemical propellants in food prep is illegal. It is simply under pressure.
(2) It olive oil, totally natural.
(3) Pressing dough using this method gives you a better product, and better consistency.

Incorrect, pressing the dough will eliminate a lot of air bubbles, making the dough heavier and less appealing. I think the reason cpk does it is because it saves a ton of time.
