That's project Bluebeam and I'm yet to see any convincing evidence of it. I've only seen two people who have worked for the government (they say) that this is project Bluebeam. To make a long story short, there's no convincing information about Bluebeam as far as I know.

Most crop circles are created by British military engineers using a high power satellite microwave. These engineers live in the UK and scout out crops not far from where they live. They manually survey the crop, pick out a good location and measure the exact spot where to focus the beam. Beams are computer generated and uploaded to the satellite. The crop circle can only be created when the satellite is directly over the target, which occurs at fixed time intervals. No aliens here folks.
