In this video, Dr MooTwahz (Folk Doktor) introduces his one of the Principles of his series called MUSCLENETIX. Here he discusses the importance of DEEP BREATHING (not only important for RELAXING butt for building Hard, Ripped MUSCLES! Dr. MooTwahz is in his 50s and believes that the BODY should be trained and built through the use of using only ones own BODYWEIGHT, DEEP BREATHING, STRETCHING, ANIMAL MOVEMENTS, BALANCE and Proper FOODS, FASTING, and exposure to the ELEMENTS. He also has developed a specialized series of BODYWEIGHT TRAINING in a book due out, titled 50 AMAZINGLY SIMPLE EXERCISES for Those 50 and Over! They are designed to help those age 50 and over improve their health and vitality.

  • @Illuminated7 Both. But mostly NOSE and minimal MOUTH. The TECHNEEK is called COMPRESSION.

  • I met a guy who taught me alot about breathing but his was about breathing deeeep and looong, i mean inhaling for a minute at a time... then exhaling for a minute at a time, then repeated, whilst doing other exercises such as boxing/sparring... what do you think/say about this kind of a breathing technique? Extended time consuming long deep inhales and exhales..
