I definitely agree! Artists don't even have that many songs on their albums today. You expect about 20, and they give you ten or less. Music really needs to return to this quality!

The fact is, music has changed for the worse. It's no longer about talent or originality. These days it's about catchy repetitive songs with futile and unimagineable lyrics sung mostly through vocoder vocals. The music industry has become increasingly dark. If music was good today I'm sure people would say so, because 12 years ago when songs like this came out no one said you "dont hear stuff like this anymore". Music WAS better back in the day. Simple as.

are u kidding me u are in denial...are new genre of music has had it share of criticism....ex: blues, when it started it was considered music of the devil or when some songs in the50s, 60s,70s etc may have been considered to mature for children by there parents.....all im saying is all new forms of music get criticized b4 its accepted

I have to agree with you, especially the last sentence. Although music today is wack, (IMO), there is a saying that goes, "What is now noble, was once notorious" Meaning that each genre of music has been criticized before being praised. Ex. Tupac was criticized alot, but today some people (like myself) think that he is one of the best rappers of all time.
