Bugsy Malone - NYMT on Children In Need 1997

This was a live performance of 'Fat Sam's Grand Slam' and 'You Give a Little Love' on the BBC's Children In Need show from November 1997. At the time Bugsy was running for a short season at the Queen's Theatre, London with a cast aged entirely 16 and under, possibly for the first time in a major West End show.
In the cast here we have Sheridan Smith (Legally Blonde), Paul Lowe (16) as Fat Sam and the kids from the Stars Team, including 12 year old Bobby Bethell as Bugsy and 14 year old James Bourne, from Busted and Son Of Dork, as Oscar De Velt. He can be seen seated at the table on the left side of the stage.

can any one confirm some thing for me?? at 0.24 to 0.29 when you see the shot of the three girls singing on the stage. The girl in the silver (who i think is the role of tallulah) is that a very young Sheridan Smith, who is currently in Legely Blonde the musical.
