i think ring magazine did research on who has had the most champs per capita.but Mexico has to be up there with the greatest at present i think Mex has the most belts and ranked fighters even if we dont take wbc serious

The heavyweight champion of the UFC in Mixed martial Arts..and we know that 9 out of 10 times a MMA guy beats a boxer. yeah you can't really say that when USA has more elite fighters... The philippines only has 4 world champions while USA has 13 world champions and Mexico has 10... Oh and they don't even count the Mexican Americans... I'm agree with you on one part Pacman is top p4p 5 or p4p king.... But thats ITT, your in denial....
