no most supra owners are not running 10's. The difference in Supra owners and Z's isn't very big. The problem is bench racing faggots who don't own either and only wish they could own one or the other.

Both are very competitive cars and both have HUGE potential. JUN still holds the landspeed record with a Z32. The supra is a massive achievement in technology and the 2jz is a awesome powerplant.

Stop encouraging ignorance. They both are great examples of Japanese sports manufactures

@bllbrd Where the smeg did u source that pile of spam from? The MkIV was Toyotas answer to the Nissan 300zx - in fact they postphoned and redesigned it to compete with Nissan Z. The Z32 won IMSA and Leman and dominated to the point where the VG30DETT was outlawed as being "unfair" The 4th gen 300zx was in production for a decade and is one of the best selling sports cars of all time.

@11cyrus11  yeah thats true inline engines are the best..... oh wait... hang on... ummm most race cars that do not have a inline 4 run an engine in a V configuration... for example gt500 supra.. either 3S-GTE or 4.5 litre V8... oh hang on.. the Skyline.. errr the RB was dropped because it was to nose heavy with the 4wd being dropped and the VQ30DETT was more reilable choice...

but true VG series and 2jz are good, but it came down to Yamaha for toyota to get it right.

giiiiigggeettty, stop comparing the two.. both = excellent cars, but as a z32 owner id say it is definetly more rare to see a mk4 supra compared to z32.... 2j vs vg= who has more money to spend.

BTW I own a Z32TT only pushing about 360whp on stock turbos and loving it.It's all around run car. Put Z32 and supra on twisties and I'm sure Z32 will dust supras.I will pass on the supra never was a fan of the exterior. If I were to own a 2jz it's going to be an SC300 with 2jz in it.

Because inline engines are better. The vg is good but the 2jz is also good. You don't gotta make everything complicated. And they cost more the same way a 64 must and is so much more than a ford galaxy. The cars just worth more

is vg is such a good motor... why do so many people drop 2jz's in their 300zx? just saying... also if they are sssooo comparable... why does the supra cost 3-4 times more? .. just saying again.
