  • Studies done by Swiss psychiatrist Janner, Swedish psychiatrist Dr. Rylander and an American study by Precore all concluded that the rate of mental illness among Jehovah’s Witnesses is 32-40 times higher than the rest of the population..the religion is a sick,damaging cult, google the facts ( risking disfellowship if you do) ... or live a life of lies and mental slavery, good luck

    "Oh Penne which art in Stripper Factory and Beer Volcano Heaven, meaty be thy balls. Thy midgit come, thy sauce be yum. Thy will be done in marinara as it is in alfredo. Give us this day our daily garlic bread. And forgive us pirates our trespasses, as we forgive them pirates that trespass against us. And lead us into temptation, and deliver us some pizza. RAmen."

  • @ijehovahswitness No you are a Satanic cult and you are the ones that lie.

  • @jojoneli76 the thing we preach is matth 24:14. and there are many ways to start a conversation with someone, the easiest way is to tell that this earth isn't permanent, but a paradise will come.. in the hope people want to hear more about it.. we do preach about jesus and his sacrifice, so don't be ignorant please.

  • @priisilla but they are not preaching the right message. The apostles preached about Jesus and his sacrifice. This is the GOSPEL that JWs are not preaching. They preach the possible reward, Paradise Earth, more than what's really important.

  • You can get all 6 volumes of studies in the scriptures for only $19.95 (includes S&H), nice quality cloth

  • He believed that:

    Christs presence = 1874

    Christs inauguration (Kingdom in heaven) = 1878

    Harmageddon (Kingdom on earth)= 1914

    What the video tells us is, that Russell and the biblestudents said that Christs inauguration as king were to be in 1914. That is not true. He believed that Christ had started to rule (in heaven) in 1878, and that Hamageddon (kingdom on earth) would come in 1914

    The JW's current teaching is, that Christ began to rule in heaven in 1914, and Harmageddon will come later.

  • charles russel tells in the bible examiner from 1876 that he believed in 1914.. you can google it by : 1876 bible examiner archive

  • Inauguration=1878

    The video tells us, that Russell and the biblestudents said, that Christ would begin ruling in 1914.

    Russells own writings tells us, that Russel and the biblestudents actually said, that Christ's presence would start in 1874 and that Christ would begin ruling in 1878.

    The video therefore do not offer the truth, when explaining what Russell and the biblestudents actually said back then, about the year for the beginning of Christs rule. Why do you think, they hid the trutth?

  • @priisilla

    dawnbible (.com) have all volumes of Russels "Studies in the Scriptures" online

    Studies in the Scriptures, Vol. IV, (1897), p. 621

    "But now we are in the end of this Gospel age, and the Kingdom is being established or set up. Our Lord, the appointed King, is now present, since October 1874, A.D., according to the testimony of the prophets, to those who have ears to hear it: and the formal inauguration of his kingly office dates from April 1878, A.D."

    Presence=1874

    Inauguration=1874

    Sry for the delay. I have much around my ears these days and had to find the time to scan this through,

    Ok, I found the part dealing with the issue we speak of. First the video's message to be found here:

    (youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=j06ccYP6MRk#t=568s)

    (from 9:28 to 10:00)

    "They reasoned (...) then Christ will begin ruling in 1914"

    This is the only date concerning the beginning of Christ rule mentioned in the video.

    Next, we will check Russels writings.
