No...just because they are out during the day doesn't mean they are rabid. Raccoons are not born nocturnal, it's a learned behavior. When they become a new mom, they are typically out during the day, and when the kits start following Mom at about 8 to 10 weeks of age, they are always daytime critters. It's not until the kits are older that they learn to be nocturnal and poor mom can get back on her normal sleep cycle. :)
are they rabid, being out in the day and all? i wouldnt think so but wth, they look normal and chill
