    Thanks for posting this relatively obscure thriller, which might be a Hammer Film . . . or might not. I think that "Shadow of the Cat" was the co-feature to Hammer's "Curse of the Werewolf."

    I have just watched this movie again within five monthe. Great! See "Hound od the Baskervilles's" 1939 version, Basil Rathbone. Remember, dogs look up to us while cats look down on us!!

    Thank you very much for uploading this! I watched it right to the end, and what a great film it was. The old-style editing techniques really teach you a lot. Sometimes black and white films really confuse me, considering technicolor was already in use by the 40's. Lots to think about!
