The Traffic Warden said she should not be filmed because she is in uniform.
What about all the CCTV cameras on Public and private buildings looking out onto pedestrians? Anyhow, it's a public place so up yours "love".
Well done Dan, keep up the good work. As a "free" person in a "free" country we should at least be able to keep these such people honest.

@MNewman1989 in which statute does it say its the law? to my understanding, they carry the force of law. anything thats "legal", applies to businesses, government and corporations operating in commerce. we have been deceived

And what he says is true, I just did a law module at university and this was explained to us, I didn't understand all the in's and out's but basically this dude is right !! I think it only spies to private companies though, not council issued tickets.

i thought that too to begin with. i found out that the council use the road traffic act to issue tickets. the legal definition of "traffic" is "TRAFFIC. Commerce, trade, sale or exchange of merchandise, bills, money and the like". also, if i am not interrupting the flow of commerce or obstructing other peoples right to travel, there is no infringment.

Hi all,can I ask could I use this letter in new Zealand?does the same law apply here? also the law got filming on public the same? I wouldnt think the laws any different between uk and new Zealand would I be correct? keep up the brilliant work,I'm English and won't to challenge these people also.
