His Holiness the Dalai Lama's address to students at Doon School in Dheradun, India, on October 28, 2011. His Holiness takes questions from the audience after his address. (www.dalailama.com)
there was "fear " in school in my days..........how is it today, like China or like Taiwan..!!!!!!! unless every small weak bullied dosco is unbullied......there is still work to do..don't you think????
I commented at the 28th minute of the speech. AND I am relieved that the required consideration was finally accorded. BUT more consideration should have been considered....!! Doon is becoming too Special...watch it...slow down,,,, the country is one, not 2 ..................unless you overcome this ....India still has a few mountains to overcome...........check out Japan for inspiration.......personal opinion only.....OM
As an exdosco i deeply regret to see the lack of consideration for one of the greatest spritual leaders in the world givng a one hour speech, standing and holding on to the podium for support while the overweight audience sits comfortably! If the Dalai lama, were to be given a divan to sit on comfortably then maybe the respect accorded, could be more appreciated by him. OR do you think that he is just another refugee, who should be thankful and take what he gets.......please consider.......

Certain answers seemed a little diplomatic & ambiguous. Nevertheless, spiritually enriching. I wish he came when our batch was there!
