Watched this twice now and we still can't collapse it. Bought it second hand so could be something to do with it but very frustrating. Any tips welcome!

@Kiddicare I watched the video and went straight downstairs and neither me nor my partner could fold the buggy down. One grey button presses in and one slides forwards/backwards but the buggy still refuses to fold. Like I said it wasn't bought new so there could well be a fault with it although it is very frustrating.

Are you pushing in the slid catch? You need to push in one side then slide and push in the other. I hope this helped, if not you can come in to our Peterborough store where our service team would be happy to look at it for you.
