Freema's legend! I hope "Journey's End" isn't the last we see of her. I know they never used to bring back assistants back in the classic series but it works in the new series

Backstage might have been a different matter

I agree! Although, Catherine Tate was good too! Who knows where the new writers and directors will take the series?! By the way, the concert is being televised on Thursday the 1st of January at 1.50pm (I think the time's correct)! Or, at least it is on BBC Wales!

Freema rocks. She's so sweet and how agonising it must have been for her to present that.

She didn't look like she was in agony!

Wow - she did that without any telepromting!! I have listened to the radio-broadcast a few times and I thought she may have been reading it from the stage! Not so! Cool. Did she move around the hall at the different breaks in the music? Where were the others like Catherine Tate standing? Would have loved to have been there. It's a great concert.

It was a fantastic concert! I think it might be aired on TV over Christmas.
She did read from a prompt when she was on stage, but not when she came down the stairs (she came down that particular staircase a few times). The rest of the cast made their appearances on stage - they were all very brief unfortunately!
