These animals on horses have taken an oath to protect the citizens at all times, even when they are (inconveniently) exercising their Constitutional right...Running horses into human beings that are not posing a threat in ANY way is an obstruction of justice and our Constitutional rights, not to mention an assault! They should all be thrown in jail!

People have a have a big misconception about what a peace officer,s job entails. Yes they are here to serve and protect THE GENERAL PUBLIC. Once you become a protester, occupier, or whatever you call it, you have removed yourself from that demographic. You are no longer part of the general public. You are part of an occupying force that the general public fears. The police are now there to protect the members of the general public from you. If they use horses for that, be thankful. It could be
