  • 8-13-11 i am # 314 -i liked all the info on this engine and learned alot bought a 1959 5 hp see bee for 50 bux--i had one back in 1968-in july 2011 i found another one near lancaster pa ex cond-i bought for 50 bux-1 think you coulda added value of an if parts are availabe--i like the troll blade --thanx ''E X C E L L E N T'' video

  • looks great- that must have taken many hours to complete. I am working on a similar model the 2G2 from 1947. I think the 2G3 must have been a more deluxe model. Mine doesn't have a fuel shutoff vale on the carburetor, it is right under the gas tank. And my prop nut is steel, not brass. And mine has a rope starter, not a recoil, although it can be added. This video is great for seeing the proper color scheme with the black and yellow. My grandfather was a seabee. I bet he would like this.
