... when I had lived on a farm in upstate new york- every autumn we'd stock up on heating coal for the winter by waiting for the inevitable annual coal train wreck on the main line switch to the dunkirk-on-the-lake power plant... sometimes there'd be 2 even 3 intra-annual wrecks. the mow guys, even the RR dicks never would bother us... saved us a lot in heating costs. some wrecks, indeed, do prove to be of certian benefit after all limited perhaps... but warm and toasty, yes!

lol, seriously??? Had a feed train derail about 3/4 of a mile down the track from my job. All that corn gone to waste. Too bad it wasn't coal!
