And when you're done with all the research, you look up into empty space, or you're getting target painted x4 with a a full salvo of a shield tanked Drake's missiles coming at you--lol. But really all of this is true. I haven't played Eve in a year or so, but knowing what a ship can do, even regardless of its load out, is a necessary condition of winning.

So, your sitting there reading the ship stats, his character's age, and browsing through BattleClinic, meanwhile he's bombing your ass to pieces while you sit there......smart....

@stfalx Not sure... some times pods show if the damage has come from a ship that died in the fight.

this is so true, our corp just got wardec'd by a merc corp and when i checked the members ship fittings they were all the same so i was able to lead our corp to victory telling them how they will be playing and it turned into them being slaughtered for a week, we then later wardec'd the corp that payed 500mill for them and we made them pay us 400mill. that was a great week :)
