In the fall of '87, a guy forms a ska band in the corner of his dad's workshop in the small town of Mechanicsburg, PA ~ writing a Split-Window-VW-bus full of songs and playing the area with a fervor. Then, 6 years later, he packs-up his songs and passion and moves to the music-crazed town of Chapel Hill, NC ~ finding new members and writing another bus full of songs; this time, a tour bus full. And in 2005, he makes the same move...this time to Berlin, Germany...and he doesn't even know the language.
"So what," you say? Well, the answer lies within this television docu-series.
Like it's predecessor, "Regatta 69 Extravaganza," yours truly packed a bag, grabbed a video camera, a music player with headphones, and a skateboard and went on another expedition with Regatta 69 and documented their tour. This time, the tour went up and down the UK, to Wales, to France, to Switzerland, then to Germany.
