This is how I run the Flexbone on NCAA Football 2009 (PS2). These are the reads I make for the Triple Option Str play against the 4-3 Over and Under defenses. WARNING: While I have made these strategys work for me I make no claims that they will work for others, online or against the cpu.

  • I downloaded a roster on a usb but the ps2 didnt recognize it so ill have to try codebreaker.

  • @Iamabroproductions Your best bet is to use ARmax. Codebreaker works but you need to find a thumb drive that the ps2 is compatable with. The ARmax comes with one of its own that works fine. I only use codebreaker because I found a cheap used one at my local gamestop and didn't want to order the ARmax online.

  • How did you get your rosters?

  • @Iamabroproductions It's been awhile, but I think someone on a strategy forum posted a download link to a save file that had them. I forget which one, either VGsports or Utophia. I just downloaded them and used codebreaker to transfer the file to a ps2 memory card.

  • wow I never thought of it like that this is the offense I always run

  • No I havn't yet. If you are getting 10 on the PS2 then there probably won't be much difference. If it is on PS3 or 360 I'm not sure how well these strategies will translate. I've been told by some next gen users that they have helped them but that was on 09. I'm not sure about 10.

  • sweeet. im getting NCAA 10 for christmas. have you played it on that one?

  • Practice. Lots and lots of practice. I use to just go into practice mode and do the same play over and over again until i got it down. It will get easier after a while because you will start to notice that the players you read really only do about three different things after the ball is snapped. As time goes by you will be able to recognize it and make the read fast enough.

  • how do you have enough time to read what the defense is doing after the snap of the ball to do all that?

  • I'm playing on 09 in the videos. They have Josh Nesbitt as #14 in that game for some reasons.
