Parmi les nombreux enregistrements du célèbre Te Deum de Charpentier cette interprétation survoltée est sans doute la plus authentique et la plus grandiose, à la fois très puissante, raffinée et subtile. A mon avis la version de référence!

So my vocal ensemble is singing this song. I love it! Fave part is the "run" on the laudat exercitus...and of course the solo:)

This is beyond music. The composer merely transcribed a dictation from God himself! Thank you.

Pleni sunt caeli et terra
maiestatis gloriae tuae.
Te gloriosus Apostolorum chorus,
Te Prophetarum laudabilis numerus,
Te Martyrum candidatus laudat exercitus.
Heaven and earth are full of the Majesty of thy glory.
The glorious company of the Apostles
The goodly fellowship of the Prophets
The noble army of Martyrs
