  • pricing is critical. you cannot have the best employees, best equipment, best systems, best marketing, best customer service, best quality, best insurance, best saftey record, best whatever if you do not charge above average rates. most business are frustrating, boring and depressing to own. you can't fix your business if you don't have the money to fix it. the best cusotmers pay to hire the best companies and best companies are the best cause they have the money to be the best.

  • years ago I did a test. I handed out 100 flyers for driveway pressure washing $120.00 and I recieved 1 job so I cut the price in 1/2 and handed out another 100 and I recieved 2 jobs. So I always felt that if you undersell your service you will end up working 2 x as hard for the same amount of money. I just sold a business and I'm going to restart a new one & target specific neighborhoods. Any other ways to do this ? or just door to door ? Thanks for the vid
