AMPED: The Animal Beat (VCU TV/HD)

When I (Bryce Spivey) was a Producer at 'VCU TV/HD', I jumped on board a production of the 'Animal Beat' (http://www.myspace.com/theanimalbeat). They gave me the least expensive camera and told me to have fun with it and go learn something... So I ended creating this.

I wasn't sure what to do with all the footage because I only had one camera... So I decided to edit all my video down to a few of the songs (sound bites) and this is the finished product.

All the footage IS from one camera and edited together. Basically, it's a shorter version of the feature-length documentary piece that's been shown PBS several times.

This is a unique style of Cinema Verite documentary film.
