To apologise / 謝る
= s'excuser

to ask for forgiveness
= demander pardon

to be sorry
= être désolé (e)

I'm sorry. / ごめんなさい！
= Je suis désolé(e)

Sorry! / ごめん！
= Désolé(e)! or Pardon!

In a conversation to have someone repeat what they just said you can say "Pardon?", or "Comment?" (or "Quoi" in a familiar context only).

Excuse me!/　すみません！
= Excusez-moi (formal)
= Excuse-moi (familiar)

Excuse me, what time is it ?
すみません、今何時ですか。
= Excusez-moi, vous avez l'heure s'il vous plaît ? *
