Interesting--I think this proves that the original conversation was not in Greek, even though the written account is in Greek. Do you think it was spoken in Hebrew though or in Aramaic? I think your point is valid either way as Hebrew מעולם is similar to Aramaic מן עלם (in the Peshitta).
