Bank of America Fraud in Collusion - Bad Boys Bail Bonds Nevada Attorney General Masto Dumbfounded

Bank of America Commits Fraud and covers up facts about a Nevada Notary Seal of Scott D. Greggory while forcing the customer to suffer losses relating to Shannon Genty aka: Daly through R&R Bail Bonds in Nevada, Bad Boys indeed who use falsified documents and commit fraud to facilitate kidnapping people and bilking them out of life savings against all Arizona Bail Laws and in collusion with The Peoria Police in Arizona. Mr. Greggory can not be found by the Nevada Attorney General or the Secretary of State while Jason Reasbeck, allegedly owner of R&R Bail Bonds fails to produce additional documents falsified by another Discrepant Notary, Alisha C. Fox who received registered mail but staus elusive as to producing proof and her journal of notary acts. Beware of any paperwork concerning Scott D. Gregory and or Alisha C. Fox or any signatures of Shannon Gentry or Shannon Daly they are more likely than not forged or fraudulent instruments as hereby alleged. As on going harassment and vindictive acts, the Peoria Arizona Police fail to apprehend agents operating under said forged and falsified documents, Allied Insurance, Mr. Gregory's Required Bond Surty, has acknowledged Mr. Greggory to be at large and paid partial claim, the Nevada Attorney General, Catherine Cortez-Masto has failed to date to apprehend Mr. Reasbeck or identify his kidnapper acompolises. The Nevada Department of Insurance also has failed to examine the truth and continues to permit Reasbeck to hold "liscense to steal" and effectively "liscense to kidnapp" and commit felony acts. What else can you expect out of Las Vegas but clear and convincing corruption on all levels. I was a customer advocate and worked in the Office of the President. Its hard getting assistance when you deal with BOA employees because they are all scared as shit for their jobs. I use to review complaints day and night and was responsible for researching and resolving them. I can tell you a lot of fraud is happening there. LOTS. Lost documents, errors within the system, negoitators intentionally placing people in modifications they can't qualify for just to close them out. It is awful.

We have closed 3 BOA accounts for a total of $58,000.00 that will no longer sit in their bank. We are also paying off a 30 year home loan with them 15 years early. Which was on an ARM that just matured, and the payment was cut in half when we went to prime plus 1%. So they have lost over $250,000 from us, for the way they have treated people like you. God Bless you and your fight. They also clipped my kid for $260 on a 50¢ overdraft.

Im pay my credit card by phone. Im have code confirmation. They take the money from my bank account. But now they call me all day because im not pay. I have evidence that paid its was retired from my bank account. Their name banks is register in the system bank and bank account monthly statement. Bank Of america are liar only want generate big interest to clients and obligate paid doble their billing when people paid on time.

I dont understand why people patronize BOA- Every story ive heard for years was a nightmare. The country should unit and close them down. Take your money out, so long and thanks for nothing. There are still plenty of decent small banks that would appreciate your business.

I worked at Bank of America's fraud department until about 2 weeks ago. We are absolutely trained to promote the shit out of TSP (total security protection). Yes, we will give up front provisional credit but that is in NO WAY a permanent credit. Let's say your card is in your possession and there is a fraudulent ATM w/d. They will assume that either you or someone you know has done this most likely. So many claims I've witnessed looked like counterfeit and they were denied. Banks will fuck you

yes I just got ripped off by BOA, someone paid thier phone bill on my checkcard. I filed a fraud case , BOA said they would look into it, also said at teh end of day, they have the final say. They told me its my fault for whatever reason and will not refund my card. But yet they sell ads stating you are protected by BOA. NOt so much. Bottom line the BOA fraud dept told me they LOOK FOR ANY reason not to repay you.
