This is a film I made while at USC - a Paraclete is an 'angel of death.' Luana Anders and Michael Rhodes star in this silent thriller, based on the one and only "Occurence at Owl Creek Bridge" for you film students out there. Produced by the prolific B movie producer George Edwards.

  • hmmm, weird. when i looked up the definition on the American Heritage dictionary, its says it means "The Holy Spirit."

  • Nice work! Even though the soundtrack is a bit dated it's an effective little film.

I admired Luana Anders in NIGHT TIDE (one of my favorite films) and I've been meaning to see more of her movies.

  • nice observation. very true.

  • Interesting, but rather tiring after a while.

    Overall, good job, though.

  • i am a current film student at Emerson College in Boston. I really liked this short. thanks for posting.

  • I enjoyed watching this video very much. I've been using the screen name Paraclete for years, but my definition is "one who serves" or "Called to help", never heard of the Angle of death until now.
