@MrHairyMonkeys Like I said, I just made it from cardboard as curved in the proper shape as I could and then I smoothed it with bondo.

how did you make the dome at the top and attach the thing ontop?

@MrHairyMonkeys The dome of the helmet is thin cardboard covered with resin and bondo. For the mane I just hot glued a cardboard trough and then glued in the broom bristles.
