this will really increase my flexibility because i used to do gymnastics but i stopped and lost and my flexibility thanks really alot

Btw is cardio 3-4 times a week abs 2-3 times a week and weights 3-5 times weeek good :D for a 16 year old? I try my best to keep to routine ^^

@Bililz yeah no prob ... i think that 3-5 times a week you should do all of those in one routine ... warm up-abs-workout-carido-stretch should take you an hour and a half but you can do it ... but if you want to split them up then one day do cardio one day do abs and switch it back and forth like that and do abs everyday you do cardio.

@FitnessBody4L i am very very very stiff where i got it from my dad.... i wanna become flexible to learn how to dance but when i try to stretch with my leg up in the air like you did in your video my other leg won't stay flat on the ground like yours. also when i try to stretch my body out it hurts and sometimes i feel like quitting but I'm willing to try my best to become flexible can you please help me with this problem Thank You - Mel :)
