A Canadian made chiller. In this scene Hunt, (Forest Whitaker) a paranormal consultant, explains his interpretations of ghosts to Claire, and gives her a quick rundown of the paranormal hot spots including a door that might be a key reason to her experiencing disturbing incidences in the House. She has brought him in to investigate and to help her unravel the mystery of her connection to the Marsh and the terrifying dreams of it which have been tormenting her since she was a child.
