  • Awesome video Dave. It's good to reminisce on the good times. I worked at an upscale steakhouse in the early 80's called The Ranchero. They used to bake their potatoes and put them in a steam warmer until they were needed for an order. I always thought the steamer made the potatoes a bit "gummy" and gloppy as well. Also, was that Canadian Whiskey?
