what if I have back problems all days my entire life

would be parkour a bad idea ?

or do I just have to work out and build up back muscles ?

I struggle from a back injury and the biggest thing to prevent it from getting worse or strengthening it is to work out your core, doing that will also work out your back but its really your core that holds you back in place, at least if its the lower back which it is for me.

Well I don't know the proper way to crash on skis, but if you take your time to learn the basics of parkour it will definitely benefiit you in other aspects, including your reaction to crashing whether be skis or any other type of sport. I skateboard sometimes and my parkour skills have often saved me from getting an injury crashing on a skateboard.

HI, I go by the name of Swift and i have a challenge for you and your son.

I will shortly be posting a video of my issue

But here is the short: I live in a flat dry area where there are little to no obstacles to freerun/parkour.

And as you know jumping all over peoples' cars and laws ornaments are frowned upon.

    What do I do then?

    Fox,

looking forward to seeing your series. As a 51yo, my biggest issue is jumping off of higher surfaces. In the last few years it seems like they've suddenly gotten a lot further off the ground! LOL!

    Best regards!

    Albert

Try to condition for parkour. If u don't know what that is its preparing for parkour. It helps your body adapt to the environment so u can do parkour. Ronnie has a video I think that talks about conditioning. Hope this helps

So for you ppl out there having some back problems I recommend resting. You want to keep staying in fit? Find some lower body workouts. If you can run/jog with out any pain then that can help but if you feel pain during, or after the run/walk/jog then stop and rest a while
