Jamie, love the zumba toning choreo for this song! Would love to use it, but tried finding the song on itunes using the title you said. Even bought the song, but it is definitely NOT the version of the song you are using. Any additional help for finding it would be greatly appreciated. Have searched multiple sights and not found the version you are using. Help!!

@hdiodati cont'd... As the toning manual states: "Avoid using weights with Zumba rhythms that are too quick to perform movements safely and through full range of motion without momentum"
That being said, I LOVE this video - very very good and very very safe choreo - thank you SO MUCH for sharing - Zumba huggs from Heather :-)

@hdiodati - cont'd... There ARE students who do not have the Zumba toning sticks and will use 2 lb weights and more and if they are following these instructors who are mindlessly just using their weights as an extension to their hands and not using proper form, they can definitely injure their shoulders, their backs, etc.

I AGREE!!! There's so much arm 'flailing' in the Zumba toning videos - it's ridiculous! I mean, they ALL attended the workshop right (we hope) - and we were instructed to pay attention to proper form and not fling our weights around.
whatis the name of the song, and is it on one of the zumba cd?

I'm group ex certified and have taught strength classes for about 6 years. I'm glad you all like this one. I just opened a studio, so I have been behind in filming. I will post a few more Toning videos in the near future.

Finally someone who paid attention in the Toning workshop! Good job, no crazy arm flailing, no jumping jacks with weights, no punches with weights....safety first in Toning! :)

@TheMileywho - TY! I've seen the 'crazy-arm-flailing'-etc stuff. Very scary. I've even seen punching...i cringe...I seriously think instructors should be group ex certified before teaching toning. Just so many things can go wrong. Exactly- Safety First.
