d16a6 is more reliable than the Z6 probably faster, better oil flow, and easier to get stuff for, best honda turbo motor being a single cam

The d16z6 has more power depends on what you want to put it in the a6 is easier to swap in a crx so you could have more money for upgrades here keep the z6 intake manifold buy a a6 put it on there and get I/h/e and you should beat most Z6s
