use your press pass to interview people. they cant stop press from being in the airport in the public areas. if you want to call ahead to tell them you are doing a STORY and you will be there to report and interview passengers. calling ahead is probably getter that way you have a contact that gave you "permission" to film and report.

You have the right to fly so if you sprout wings and wish to do so it is your right hell if you get a plane or other air craft assuming you posses all necessary permits, licenses, training you can also do so. However if you are like most earthbound humans and you wish to use one of these privately owned aircraft then you play be their rules. Simple, use of the skyway is a right use of the plane is at the owner's discretion.
