A fan video for Patton´s "Violence" from the album "Adult theme for voices". This is Patton´s first solo album, and it was recorded sometime between Faith no More´s tours and released through Tzadik (John Zorn´s label) in 1996

@joequirk I was actually thinking it was pandering more to the mid 50's pop craze of Eddie Cochran.

Its suppose to be more experimental.
There really is no point for the listener. I think its more of a personal achievement.
I mean, like, the point is suspose to be for the composer to experiment regardless of the what the audience wants. Makes sense?
I'm not sure. Thats how I see.
It could also be seen as a work of art depending on what kind of person you are. Art to me, convoys emotion. Fear is a emotion. And this scares the shit out of me. :P

take a look at the 'song'-lengtes on amazon: amazon . com/Adult-Themes-Voice-Mike-Patton/dp/B000003YSX length of "raped on a bed of sand"=1:51, length of "violence"=2:18. Your version of the album must have mistakes in the names.
