  • prozisnutrition i love yr clips straight to the point no talking shit thanks !!

  • worst camera angle...

  • @frosti0408 Oh thanks maan!

  • @shaf1ke thats a pendlay row

  • Please change the title of this video to Yates row or something else, this is not a proper barbell row, it should be the exact opposite of bench press, touching the chest, on each rep pull from floor fast etc

  • @RolloutCal thats not a conventional BB row ur talking about thats a Pendlay row

  • @Greenman25100 1) U speak of static stretches. They actually don't do much, or if any at all. Read up on static stretches, there are tonnes of articles/journals regarding this.

    2) Ur statement earlier implied that this video showed "perfect form", not the point u r clearing up now. 3) There are plenty of studies showing the inverted row (imitating a "parallel" position relative to the bar) activating more back muscles, INCLUDING the lats than ur standard B.O.R., thus why pendlay rows r revered.

  • dude, i realize that stretching the back when lifting is very important. I can't stand when people go on the cable row and just move their forearms back and forth without actually starching the lats. Point i'm making is that when you do BB row for power you don't have to be completely bent over. It's a power movement, of course you don't want to be 100 vertical as well...no shit
