Time lapse of the rise was cool.

Can I use potatoe water?

It turned out perfect. I'm going to have to try this one.

What happens if you forget to mix the dry ingredient first? I think that was my flaw in my 1st attempt. I mixed it only after I combined all the ingredients, dry and wet and the final result was a very tough/dense core.

Great demonstration! I'm anxiously waiting for my oven to come to temerature so I can bake my first loaf with this method. Thanks!

I think you're supposed to let it rise after you've shaped it for another 1-2 hours.

You will get a more fluffy bread if you let it rise a second time after formimg it for like 11/2 to 2 but great vid very entertaining.

Thanks C. Most people didn't get that I threw out the first batch. I made a bread without mixing the dry ingredients first...Came out a brick. Oh well thats what cooking is all about. Thanks again for the comments.
