You're beyond overreacting. Calm the hell down. I'm deaf too, if that's any consolation to this. I can't even begin to understand how you found this offensive. I've aided ASL teachers with their students many times and always saw that they approach projects like these with great enthusiasm. You're the one being disrespectful. It's a wonder your comments haven't been removed.

personally i think it was funny. it wasn't them discriminating against Deaf people it was simply some highschool students having a little fun with their a.s.l. project

Ha ha rock on guys! I learned ASL when I was in college and for my final project I did "This Is Halloween" That was a lot of fun. Keep learning sign language!

i have a hearing loss and sign fluently. these kids are typical hearing kids having fun with a new language, not making fun of deaf people. i have shown this vid to other deaf friends and they thought it was funny and kids having a good/great time. back off podum77: you are too sensitive. chill. maybe you have been teased too much of being deaf. sorry about that but these kids not look like they were mock.

I'm sorry that you were offended. I am their teacher and they did this several years ago after only being in high school ASL for about 15 weeks. These were some of the kids that I didn't think had learned anything and I was VERY proud of them for doing this. I know their intentions were not to make fun of the deaf but to make signing a song fun and show the class and our community that ASL is creative and fun and amazing and that's exactly what happened.
