  • @pantywaste85 Panty, one issue is that your caffeine tolerance is a lot lower. What you describe sounds more like coffee over-dosing rather than nicotine withdrawal. You're right however, suggesting there's no withdrawal is plain nuts.

  • this is a total rip off from allen carrs easyway to quit smoking, which is the best way to quit

  • SERIOUSLY...THIS VIDEO WORKS. IM 2YEARS SMOKE FREE NOW AND DONE 2 MARATHONS AND 6 21K'S RUNS AND STILL RUNNING...

  • Today is Day 2 Tabacco Free!!!

  • I'm quitting right now!

  • @pantywaste85 I never had any withdrawals when I quit after 15 years.

  • todays is my third day tabacco free! yay :D

  • I'm on my third week tobacco free and I gotta tell ya, withdrawals are very real. I smoked 1-2 packs a day and now i have headeaches every day, lack of energy, tingling sensations all over my body. my doctor said these things will pass after about a month of being tobacco free. It's gonna freak people out when they quit under the impression that they wont deal with any withdrawals

  • It is true that nicotine is the addiction part of smoking. However I have seen and experienced an attachment to smoking beyond the 72 hours it takes to free the body of the addicting drug. Many people experience an emotional or psychological attachment to the habit too. This is why after quitting for long periods of time, some go back to being smokers.

Finding what the attachments are of these levels also help to let go of cigarettes for good.

  • i had to reframe my thinking to quit. been 15 days off. allan carr uses nlp too.
