  • @trick6579 what? What planet are you comming from? Full range of motion. Always!!! The most difficult part is to get out of the hole just like squats. That's why he cut it in half. He would not be able to press it otherwise. Specialy when you pause it. Have you ever seen pro BB like Cutler,Warren,Yates,Coleman and so on who's not 160 pounds heavy pussyboy do ther bench work you Mr. only way

  • By any chance now you actually can touch your chest with the bar and the press it? ;)

  • What is all this bollox about having to touch your chest!! The correct and only way to do a "PROPER" bench press is to control the weight on the way down and stop it roughly 1 inch above your chest then power the weight up in a straight line and repeat.. If the weight touches your chest u have lost control and this acts as a negative towards your muscle..This video shows perfect exacution and the exercise is done correctly.a powerlifter might touch his chest but not a bodybuilder! big difference

  • Yer keep at it man, i remember when i go to 140kg was chuffed is a good milestone, now 2 years later on i warm up on 140kg and finish on 180-190kg, i have a vid on my profile of me doing 140kg for 10 reps but is on the decline but is pretty old now i only do flat bench.

  • nice. Im doing sets of 4 or 5 on 110kg now and maxed 130kg the other day, but could maybe have done a bit more. cheers for the advice!

  • im now doing sets of 6 plus on 115 and my max is 150 lol my max never seems to go up so i have started doing less reps ! you have to rep small but heavy to press big ! well i was doing 5 sets of ten on 100kg but i have changed my workout and i have put on 3 kilos in the process ! im still natural untill i plato lol
