nvm... OH, and, you should've explained WHICH plugins file to put it in. theres one in program files/maxis/simcity4 and one in Documents.

@tvjoshmancaf well that can only be because you put them in the wrong plugins file, I haven't played it for a while. But though I had the same problems when I started :)

@cheaterMAN2009 thnx.. well it still doesnt work.. hey, where could i download modd for the lm lighting at night time? i couldnt find it.. all the buildings tht ive download have been black out for several month.. thnx before..

@tvjoshmancaf I am actually asking that question two. I haven't played Sc4 for a while, so cant remember. But I have created a thread on Simtroplis, where I hope they can tell me. I will contact you when I find out :)

@BrosBre4Whoes if you have installed Resedential buildigs. Then they won't show op in the Landmarks menu. They will get built by them selves :) hope it helped
